Requests for Proposals – Swap Advisor

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is seeking proposals from qualified institutions to provide Swap Advisory services for the Residential Mortgage Revenue Bonds (RMRB) of OHFA as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Swap Advisory services provided will be in accordance with all applicable RMRB rules and regulations, the OHFA General Indenture and Series Indentures, and the OHFA Variable Rate Debt and Derivative Policy (Exhibit A). Swap documentation is accomplished through negotiation and execution of the forms of documents published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Associations, Inc. (ISDA).

OHFA intends to select a Swap Advisor who will consult with OHFA staff, the financial advisor, underwriters, bond counsel, and issuer's counsel for the purpose of providing advice relating to swaps of the RMRBs of OHFA for the period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2022. See Exhibit B for a listing of OHFA's current swap agreements in place.

Applications are due no later no later than 4:00pm (EST), on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.

Requests for Proposals – Investment Advisor

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency invites qualified Investment Advisors to submit proposals for Investment Advisor Services for a period commencing on July 2, 2018 through June 30, 2021. OHFA will conduct a competitive selection process when reviewing written responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP). There may be interviews among finalists, culminating in negotiation of a written contract.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP guidelines no later than 4:00pm DST on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.

Requests for Proposals – Housing Voucher Processing

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from entities qualified to perform monthly housing voucher processing for OHFA's 811 Project Rental Assistance Program and Ohio Department of Medicaid Subsidy Demonstration Program. These programs provide the opportunity for individuals who are extremely low income and living with a disability to live as independently as possible by subsidizing rental housing opportunities and providing access to supportive services through the Ohio Medicaid Plan. Rental assistance covers the difference between 30 percent of the resident's income and the unit's 50 percent AMGI rent level calculated for the Ohio Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Voucher processing services are being sought for the period of June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2020.
